About
Kara Cantrell is an Atlanta-based stand-up comedian with 30 years of experience as a professional actor on stage and screen. Finally making the foray into stand up, Kara trained with Ron Emile at Dad's Garage. She brings quick instincts, sharp timing, and easy crowd rapport to every set. A former professor, Kara knows how to command a room, and now uses that skill for laughs instead of lectures. Kara is available for clubs, features, showcases, corporate events, and private shows.
