Sile (Sheila) is an American ventriloquist, comedian, and actress whose work is rooted in a desire to make people laugh. Mister Dimples is Sheila's platypus puppet and comedy partner. He is supposed to be Australian. He sounds like he is from Ohio. Neither of them is entirely sure how that happened. Together they have performed across the United States and internationally, including Wales, UK, and have built a growing audience of which nearly 30% are Australian — a testament to the authenticity and global appeal of their conservation message delivered through comedy.
Sheila's work caught the attention of Luke Swinney, Casting Director of America's Got Talent, who personally reached out after discovering her videos on social media. At the heart of everything is a simple but powerful belief inherited from Uncle Brother himself — that laughter and conservation belong together, that joy is a vehicle for change, and that even the most improbable creatures deserve a champion. Mister Dimples agrees. Mostly. He's still working through some things with Gerald the squirrel.
